The standard login to the new UCC customer portal is via Keycloak. If you have already signed in and created a Passkey, you can use this Passkey instead. Your Keycloak login is your H- or U-Users. Please note that only customers whose institutions have already signed the Data Processing Agreement (DPA; German: Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag, AVV) receive a Password and are allowed to use our new customer portal. If your institution has not signed our DPA yet, please email support@ucc.tum.de for support.
